Tiger Eye Consulting implements digital asset management solutions for clients in the Legal, Financial and Professional Services sectors in the UK and overseas. In partnership with Tiger Eye Consulting, Alpha Training has been providing iManage training solutions for their clients since 2015.

Working closely with Tiger Eye's clients, we design bespoke courses and course materials for new iManage Work, iManage Share and iManage Mobility implementations and upgrades. We deliver virtual/online training, classroom courses, deskside coaching, and video content. One particular project involved a team of trainers delivering 80 days of classroom courses and floorwalking for a law firm that had multiple offices in the south west of England.

Course participants generally include fee earners, management and support staff. We have developed an excellent understanding of the document management and data security challenges they face, and the fast paced environment in which they work. This is reflected in our task based training materials and practical exercises.
