Why come on this course?
This two day course provides a hands-on deep dive into Microsoft’s exciting survey solution. This tool provides the ability to capture feedback then analyse and act on this data using Forms Pro’s powerful functionality. You will gain knowledge to create powerful processes using Forms Pro and Microsoft Power Automate (formerly Flow) together.
You will work within a trial Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement environment. However, you do not need to understand Dynamics to benefit from this course. Content and examples will be given for non-Dynamics 365 users.
Who is it for?
You should be comfortable with survey tools in general, as this will help with an overall understanding of survey structure and capabilities. This two day course will cover everything you need to know about Forms Pro and delve into Microsoft Power Automate (formerly Flow). While previous experience with Power Automate is helpful, it is not essential. This course is perfect for a systems administrator or marketing professional who will create the entire survey process from start to finish.
Prerequisites
You must provision a Dynamics 365 trial before attending the class to maximise classroom learning. Instructions will be provided, and we will assist you if any issues arise.
