Why come on this course?

On this course you will learn how to use Microsoft Project 2016 to help you manage your projects - gather information about the various tasks involved, the resources required to accomplish the tasks, and the overall cost in order to plan a project. You will create and modify a project plan, set a baseline, track project actuals and report against the plan.
