Why come on this course?
This course will give you an overview of the appraisal process and help you develop the skills you need to carry out effective and motivating appraisals. This includes the role of the appraiser on a day to day basis as well as at formal review times.
Who is it for?
This course has been designed for anyone who is responsible for appraising others and managing performance. This course can be adapted to reflect your organisations’ appraisal/performance management policy. The recommended maximum is 12 delegates.
