Why come on this course?

This course will give you the confidence and skills you need as you move into a management role. It will help you identify what is required of you as a manager and introduce you to a range of skills and techniques you can use on a daily basis.

Who is it for?

This course is designed for those who are new to management. The recommended maximum is 12 delegates.
